Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Browse the products page, choose a product and pack size, and add it to your cart. Enter your destination to see shipping, then check out securely with card payment through Stripe.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum spend, but the smallest listed pack size for a product is the minimum quantity of it. For a smaller amount, request a quote.
Do you offer standing orders?
Yes. Request a quote with the product, pack size and schedule and we will set it up and quote it.
Who do you sell to?
We sell to individuals, labs, companies and research institutes in most countries. A small number of destinations are unavailable under sanctions; the countries we can ship to are the ones offered when you enter your destination at checkout.
Can I get a custom or off-catalog pack size?
Published prices cover the three listed pack sizes. For a different amount, request a quote and we will price it.
Do you offer bulk or kilogram pricing?
Yes. Larger packs already cost less per gram, and beyond the largest listed pack we quote bulk and kilogram quantities. Request bulk pricing with the product and amount.
Can you supply another form or a custom synthesis?
Yes. We quote listed materials in other physical forms, and custom synthesis of materials we do not list. Request a quote with the material, form and quantity you need.
Can I return an order?
Yes, contact us within 30 days if there's a problem. Items must be unopened, uncontaminated and in their original packaging; hazardous materials are non-returnable. See our Terms of Sale for the full policy.
Do you price match?
Yes. If you have a verifiable lower price for the same material, purity and a comparable quantity from an in-stock seller, we beat it by 10%. Send us a written quote or published listing before you order; see our Terms of Sale for the full policy.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. If your purchasing office pays by PO rather than by card, request invoicing with the product and quantity and we will send a quote you can issue a PO against.
Can you invoice a grant or an institution?
Yes. We invoice universities, research institutes and companies directly; request invoicing with your institution's billing details.
What payment terms do you offer?
Card payment through Stripe at checkout for everyone, and purchase orders with Net 30 or Net 60 terms for institutions. Request invoicing to arrange it.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Guest checkout is unchanged and never requires an account.
What do I get for creating an account?
Your order history in one place: every order you place while signed in, with its status.
Shipping & documentation
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries, except for hazardous items, which ship within the contiguous United States only. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and no sales tax is charged during our launch. You pay no duties or customs charges on delivery. International orders should provide a phone number reachable by customs.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout by destination and cart weight. See our shipping rates page for the full rate table by zone.
How are orders packaged?
Solid lots are packed in sealed polyethylene bottles or sleeves inside padded cartons. Each label carries the product code, lot number and net weight, plus grade where assayed.
Are these materials regulated for transport?
Some items ship as ordinary parcels; others ship under dangerous-goods or hazmat documentation. The shipping class is shown on each product page and reviewed before dispatch. Hazardous items carry a surcharge, shown on the shipping rates page, and ship within the contiguous United States only.
Do you provide a certificate of analysis?
A producer certificate of analysis is included automatically with every purchase, referencing the product code and lot number from the label.
Do you provide a safety data sheet?
An SDS is shipped with every order. To review it before purchase, including as part of a purchase order review, request it and we will send it to you.
